Morning all
Need some help please. When engaging in 4x4 the light on the dash does not come on and I don't hear the solenoid kicking in either. Had the engine and gearbox re conned. Got stuck yesterday and when I engaged 4x4 there was no light. Front prop turns but had no traction on front wheels. Can it be the solenoid and if so where do I locate it.

Check of al die plugs reg in is, ek het al gekry dat 1 van die draade uit die cover skuif en nie kontak maak maar reg lyk (transfer case se plug)

Dit is n plisier as ek dit reg het aktiveer hy ook die vacumswitch op jou (bakkie) se voor diff

Ek weet nie prisies wat als binne die dif gebeer nie maar dit is n solinoid wat geaktiveer word deer jou transver case selection (4wd) en dan n virk in die dif trek of stoot wat n sleeve skuif wat die krag van die dryf as na n kant as toe skuif weet nie mooi lings of regs nie iemand anders sal meer weet. As die solinoid ook nie werk nie sal die 4x4 liggie ook nie aan kom nie het dit met baie soek op kersfees dag agter gekom
Ek het ook die switch se air pypie saam met my breather pypies gesit
Daar is ook n post op die forum oor dit het dit 1 dag raak gelees

Hy het nog manual hub locks en jy het al die fensie goete wat met vacuum werk...

Drikus dit was toe die plug wat uitgetrek het op die transfer case. nou brand die liggie weer nog nie 4x4 getoets nie. Vir my net baie snaaks dat die 4x4 nie "engage" as die liggie nie aangaan nie.
