Dit gaan oor vermiste data vorms of betalings wat hulle nie optel nie. Nie te se daar is 'n probleem nie. Die club se naam was ook daaronder vir ons 8 radios en ons is op betaal en het ons vorms in gestuur.

I have contacted them twice already,starting to get really miff with there whole set up,how do you not keep records or control of payments when references have to be submitted

That's probably why you have'nt got your card yet for the year. They lost the data.... Oh dear... so how far are we with getting our own radio licensing up and running so that we can bypass this orra procedure?

That list is not accurate. I know for a fact some of the people listed have paid their ORRA fees for the year.

Eish...Only saw my name on this list now...I paid and remember receiving confirmation from them...but this was many moons ago...I'll have to go dig in the archives...I remember still being very impressed that they renewed my Vhf even without having a radio at the time...

I'm not aware of any special commissions looking for the money so I doubt if they are...

Guys "they" are Rina.

In the past Rina has been SUPER EFFICIENT !!

This year a number of things went "wrong". Firtsly, this year ICASA insisted on extra details, at the LAST SECOND. Actually NOT, the form is EXACTLY the same as the 2011 form, but tin the past hardly anybody filled in the forms FULLY, and got used to not worrying too much about all the small print detail ...

Thus a LOT of incomplete forms were submitted !!

Then when the pudding was about to hit the fan, Rina had a back operation, causing one mother of a back log.

So let's salute the lady for sending out emails ASKING for some people to confirm details.

I would like to know how they are going to do this,now that the year is nearly over and i still don't have a license ,are they now going to carry this over to next year?I know it ain't Rina's fault,but surely there should be a system in place.
Will give them a call tomorrow,and post my findings.

I was sent an invoice for R155 on 26 April which I paid the same day and send proof of payment to Rina. Received e-mail from Simone Terblanche on 21 June confirming receipt of payment.

Would it not be easier in the attached list to indicate what is outstanding i.e. fee/information or form?

I spoken to Rina this morning,it seems they have two bank accounts which is making the job a little difficult to track what's going on.It also doesn't help when people don't put a ref with the payments,all said lic should start following though now.Got mine X99.

Wat is die orra..? Is dit vir n radio lisensie? Word dienradios gedruik vir groep toere of wat? E weet nie van ander lede behalwe george van louis trichard nie. Ek wil ook da registreer. Radios sal ek verniet kry by my vrou se werk ,hulle doen hierdie wereld se tweerigting radios en telemetriese sisteme
