sway bar disconnects..
Just to give some feedback... i fitted some swaybar disconnects to my 2.7 ifs.and went to dewildt 4x4 to test them.
step one- pull out pins takes about 20 seconds to do both sides.
step two- enjoy the flex..
step three- replace pins before hitting the tar.
technical- one gains an extra 25mm upward lift and a huge 50mm-100mm huge downward flex. now when i go over axle twisters my rear does not lift sky high when my nose goes into a hole instead my fromt wheel travels far down into the hole leaving the rear wheels on the ground, more traction, more comfort, more extreme 4x4. they are easy to install"DIY" . A true IFS.
i think they are awesome

I was sceptical about the difference it would make, not any more, saw these ones in action at de wildt, it loks almost like an SFA the way the wheels travel

Re: sway bar disconnects..
Do you need to fit longer shocks to get the "50mm-100mm huge downward flex"? I think I need a set of these in my life... When are you expecting stock again Piet?

Re: sway bar disconnects..
Just want to mention, I have got the disconnects and also balljoint spacers with longer shocks, it is worth disconnecting the links and then jack the lux up so that the wheels extend all the way down, then lock the stering wheel and the hubs and see if you can turn the wheels by hand, the concern it that it is past the maximum angle that the cv can handle, if you cannot turn it you could damage the CV's
