Heat gauge messing around???
It looks like a bad connection or something as it bounces from cold to halfway eratically. Can anyone comment?

Probably the sender unit(sensor)... check that the connection on the sensor is secure...

Often the sensor is screwed into the head... but it seems the KZTE's one is elsewhere...
