Those tracks have been around for a long time and are available from a number of different manufacturers. They basically just bolt on, but the prices of the units make it prohibitive to be popular as well as the fact that they are very application specific .... not something you would find on a general off-road vehicle. There was one developer about 10 yrs back that had kevlar tracks which were supposed to be able to handle any surface including asphalt and the highway speeds achievable were quite impressive, however, for some reason (perhaps the two I mentioned above), it was also not a success story from a business perspective.
When your road comes to an end ...... you need a HILUX!.
