Hi Adam and welcome!

I assume that's the Vigo shape. Not sure, but I think the biggest is 31" without suspension / body lift. Inclined to think that even with 31' you will get the occasional touching in the back of the wheel-well with tight turns and some articulation. The guys that have Vigo's could confirm and elaborate. ;-)
When your road comes to an end ...... you need a HILUX!.

You can sort out the front with spacers; not sure about the back but you should not need anything done at the back

The 2010 Hilux Vigo with 16" rims run on 265/70x16 tyres.. which is already bigger than 31" and darn close to 32"... They come standard with that. You can easily upgrade to 265/75x16's without much work except maybe for the 20mm front spacer lift kit. Anything bigger than that will need some work on the front, to accommodate suspension articulation.

Hoppy has build a few extreme Vigo's with up to 35" tyres on them.. Just have a little search on the forum..
