REVERSE CAMERA FOR VIGO

Hi All

Okay so there is a lot on the forum re the double din replacement radios with sat NAV this and reversing that, but try as I may I cannot find a place to get just the camera in JHB (Randburg-woesrand).

Fisrtly is there a specific camera that fits on the vigo?

Secondly the only shop mentioned on the forum where you can walk in and buy is GT ICE or something and the guys are saying stay away / no problems thus far.

so please advice where in the Randburg / fourways / woesrand area I can walk in and buy a replacement camera with all its cabling?

Not on the Woesrand but not far off - Autostyle - Specifically - Rear View Camera - Was what I bought and it works extremely well.

And any reverse camera should work, they all work on the same principal. Only difference will be the mounting point. Mine I drilled a hole in the bumper and fitted it there. I think the Vigo's is a surface mount on the tailgate?

cctv sit in die kaap en al het ek al baie op bid or buy gekoop daar is maar net seker goed wat ek wil sien voordat ek koop.

Actually forgot about them! Yes, haven't been there in years! Do they actually still operate! Will have to go and have a look see whn I go past there again! Thanks for the reminder!

Hier is waar ek my kamera geinstalleer het. Ek het die een gekry wat saam met die head unit kom. Die kamera is een van die beste opgraderings wat ek nog gedoen het. Baie makliker om te parkeer.viewtopic.php?f=94&t=30925

Mars found your post during the week and all I can say about your post is DANKIE!!!! Het gister begin in sit en vanoggend klaar gemaak. My grootste probleem was dat iemand (seker ek) my soldeersel weggesteek het!!!! Jou post het dit baie makliker gemaak.
