LED Bar light on KZTE

Post by JaMMeX »

Managed to get a nice neat LED Bar Light for my ARB Bumper to finish it off, I must admit this thing is so bright I can supply light to an entire camp site :laugh2:

Was the perfect finishing point to the bull bar!

Mad Bakkie mate!

The LED light bars are a very big thing here in AUS at the moment.

But your whole front end arrangement is to my exact taste, spotties, light bar, ARB Steel Bull Bar.
Plus it's the best shape Hilux out there...just looks tuff!
The Raider's are called SR5's in AUS and are slightly less optimised for offroading.
Auto hubs are standard on our SR5's, which I don't like, your Raiders get manual hubs still in that series.
Also, we don't get rear diff-locks as standard, only the Toyota G Series LSD, which is more slip than limit.

Looks like you came from quite an adventure!
2001 Hilux 1KZ-TE DC 4X4 - 328 000kms
Running 15PSI Boost = Keeping those EGT's low + Extra GO GO Juice
Working on a Injector Pump Solenoid Override to allow for more fuel without the need of a chip saving money, All that is needed is AFR's, EGT's and Fuel to be in check.
The 1KZ loves to be Boosted - More BOOST! Just need more fuel from my injector pump. I hate electrically controlled mechanical injector pumps, no room for play = no more BOOST  (Will find Solution)
Feel free to PM me or give some advice. I have quite a bit of experience, but you guys living in SA have way more!
