Fortuna 4x4 2009 shocks

Post by Tarquin »

i have a 09 tuna with full TJM XGS suspension. now it has broken the one front shock at the bush at the bottom and the other side the bush is completely shot.
so what i would like to know is: from LA sport in george that have 2 xgs shocks for R2200 ea
i can get gabriel HDP's for R 1100 ea
and normal gabriel safaries for R 600

is the HDP's and safaries compatible with the xgs springs and are all the shock the same lengh?

HDP's are height adjustable and the front shocks are actually very good quality - much better than the rear one's.

The one thing that I would love from manufacturers of coils is their coil spring rates (kg/mm), this way it would be easier to determine which would go with which, so to speak.

that would be an option, only thing is i'm down in the cape so not sure what courier cost will be. do you know if the amada's are compatible with the xgs springs?

the LA sport guys in george can't give me the specs on on the XGS and HDP, i wonder if someone has the spec ?

HI

The Gabriel HDP shocks would work on any aftermarket coil up to a 50mm lift and 3year/Unlimited KM WARRANTY you cant beat that!
