Just some useless info.

Post by Froll »

If anyone watched Voetspore on SABC on Monday night, they were in the Northern Cape. The people who joined them, Karel and Hansie. I work for Hansie, and all the photos I have posted before were taken by Karel.( plant photos). Japie who arrived there with the Hilux is the friend of mine who bought my Hilux. So my Hilux build made it onto Voetspore  The bakkie is doing great and has not given any problems up to date.

I tuned in a bit late, but i was able to see him talking about the plants. Was wondering if one could drink the water of that one plant he squeezed out like a sponge.

I saw the white hilux. That made it up that "koppie" like a champ
Looks like it still going strong indeed. The voetspore manne was bit hesitant.
Didn't look such a challenging hill to me. But then again they had quite a bit of kit to haul up there, and alot more top heavy.

But how that oom that boer in the middle of nowhere with his sheep and goats... with old hilux. That lux looked still in good nick. But then again, they probably don't see alot of rain that side of the world or sea water :D:
That the life for me ... OK, maybe not THAT remote... YOH... he was like in the middle of nowhere.
