Morning. Hoping someone can offer advice. I’d like to replace my std 265/60/18’s with new BF Goodrich all terrain tyres 285/60/18’s. Is there sufficient spacing to do so on the Dakar without having to modify?. The tyres are going onto Black rhino sidewinder 18 inch mag wheels.
Thanks in advance.

Hi, the tyre should work just fine.
It is the same as moving to a profile if you compare diameter, you should however just for clearance on the control arm and the chassis on turns. I fitted 285 and you will need to remove mud guards and move castor forward. I fitted aftermarket upper control arms to ensure i have clearance as well.
Did you do a lift?
