Hi Guy

I have a switch by my mirrors and diff lock that I don't know what it does.

I have turned it on and don't see anything happening,

Any one else have one,

but you can still view the images with a bit of a sukkel but doable.
in anyway that switch is definitely aftermarket.
either for a 2nd batt or spots or maybe a hidden nos bottle :)

Definitely aftermarket. Could have been used for a number of things like roof mounted spots, light bar, rear spots, fridge/freezer connection. Most of these would have been done via a solenoid or relay. The switch is still connected to live (the LED still lights up), perhaps you can hear a 'clicking' sound from a relay when switching it on and off? Otherwise pop it out and trace the wiring to see where it leads to. Don't remove it, it's handy for when you want to do one of the above mentioned add-ons. :winkx:

Is it not perhaps an aftermarket switch for your diff lock?
