Thanks Mickey, it was a pleasant surprise to win that game with one out so early in the game. :thumbup: :thumbup:


Did not get as far as I hoped this weekend. My body putty hardner dried up and my undercoat paint was also all lumpy and no good. Will post more pics as I go along. By the way it is not for a Toyota. :oops: :shh:

Got the mould finished this weekend, will see if I can cast the first component next weekend. The paint needs to dry 100% and then Ican start with about 4 coats of release agent and hope like hell it works and does not stick.

Well, my worst fear happened when the gel coat stuck to the paint in a lot of places. Caused some damage to the mold, but will fix it when I get in the mood for it. Finished making the center consol extension arm rest with small box in the extension. It is for a Mitsubishi Triton. I made this one for my boss Hansie. I know it is not for a toyota, but I though I would just share it anyway.
It just screws onto the cover of the center consol which is too low for an arm rest.
