Hi Guys,
I have been looking around at other website's for ideas to built my own packing system. I used to have one, but since I bouth my Hilux 6 years ago, a lot of equipment has been added and also therefore It is no longer useful.
Any advice and ideas will we welcome. I am planning to built the unit similar like one on Brian89's website, from marine Ply wood. I am no good wilth welding metal's altough wood is easy to use and easy to change.
What as a general rule do you guys have in your spares & toolkit?

Have you had a look at Whitters drawer system made from aluminium. There is no welding necessary as it uses "connect-it" pieces to join the aluminium square tubing and rivets or bolts for the rest. Take a look:
