2014 Hilux d/c Hooter Problem

My hooter on the steering is fine, hooters when powered directly is fine.
I guess the relay is faulty, where does it sit?
Will 30 Amp replacement work?

Are you sure it is no the spiral cable?

If I bridge the power to the hooter 12v Plus from battery it is working.
All steering controls functional and slip-ring looks clean and fine, fuse also good. relay suspect, but which one, dc hilux 2014
