2.4 P Carb Pipes

Post by cprinsloo »

Hi,

I gave my 2.4 P a mini-overhaul, but I didn't mark all the small pipes going to and fro between the carb and the black circular thingy against the body (b.t.w. what is that??)

Does anybody have a lay-out of all the pipes (there're so many), or can somebody perhaps take a few photies so that I can connect them correctly? I have connected them as far as I could remeber and everything seems fine (it's running!!), but I would like to make sure.

Help would be much appreciated.

Cheers,

C

The black thingy on the side... I believe is an altitude compensation thingy... changes the air fuel ratio based on altitude... but the 2.4 pipes I know nothing about(except that one of them is the vacuum advance pipe)... the 4Y's pipes drove me up the wall... so I decided to go EFi... so much less pipes!
