Driving with Aircon pump disconnected

Post by NICKfrNAM »

Hey everyone, quick question, which I hope will have a short yes you can answer :) currently on a trip and my aircon pump is making a lot of noise. From what Ive read on this forum I assume it is the bearing. My question: can I take off the belt and carry on like this for 800km to Whk and have it repaired there? The neg being I wont have aircon, or is there anything else I should be worried about?

Dankie!

Just make sure your belt isn't powering anything else like waterpump e.g., mine isn't
