Parts not available, help

Post by bikemanbrent »

Hey fellow Hilux fans my '89 HL surf needs parts that are not available here in Canada. Mine is a Japan import. I need to lay my hands on a rectifier for my alternator. Denso PN is 0215901990. My alternator Denso PN is 1002131180. Would anyone be able and willing to source these parts and ship them to Canada ?

Hi Brent,

Welcome to the forum!

Have you tried ebay?

Or perhaps register om www.ih8mud.com - most memebers are Us or Canada based, afaik.

Have a look on www.toyodiy.com for the Toyota part number - any Toyota dealer should be able to order it for you.

I did find an alternator on eBay. I will look at the places you guys suggest, I would like to just replace to rectifier rather than the whole alternator. Thanks for the input.
