2004 Hilux 4x4 3.0 DE: Original tyre spec and reputable workshop near Durban

Post by Borris »

Good day Forum members.

I have just purchased a 2004 Hilux 4x4 3.0 DE.

> Please can someone advise me on what the original tyre specification of this vehicle.
> Any advice on a reputable workshop, that specialises in Toyota, in the greater Durban area would be appreciated.
> I have tried unsuccessfully to get the correct Owners Manual. If someone has the same model of vehicle and has the original Manual I would be happy to pay for a copy.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Welcome Marin!
What I can pick up is that the original tyre spec is 215 r15 c 6pr

There are other specs here ..... http://www.car-specs.za.net/car.aspx?sp ... 002-5-2814

There is a free download for a manual on the same site.

If it has the 5L motor which I'm almost sure it is, there is a link to an on line manual here on the forum. (Downloadable). Here is the link ..... https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7UeoQ ... pzZFU/view (50mb)

:winkx:
When your road comes to an end ...... you need a HILUX!.

Hello Mud Dog

I have a Condor with the 5L diesel engine. Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in obtaining a workshop manual for it. Would you be willing to share the workshop manual for the 5L engine with me please?

Thanks, Johan
