2018 Hilux Brake Override Malfunction

Anyone have an issue with brake override malfunction light coming on and auto gear box locking on 2018 Hilux Revo?
The only thing I did prior to this happening was to change two fuses for hella plugs in the bin. The fuses are housed in the rear tail lights which I obviously had to remove to get to the two fuses.
