How/where do I block the EGR on a KZTE?

Post by Donkey »

Been reading up a bit on blocking the EGR, has anyone done it before?
Any positive results?
If so, how do I do mine?

Donkey, I don't think the SA spec ones ever came out with EGR. My 2000 model doesn't have it. You can check if yours does by looking for a pipe from the exhaust manifold past the back of the head (in between the head and the firewall) to the intake manifold.

In short, you can not.

For the simple reason that your Kz Hilux has never been installed with it.

Oh no, wait....it is right under the flux capacitor!
