My truck has a knocking sound when engine is running, almost like faulty injectors - that kind of a knock. Injectors were refurbished when I overhauled the motor, and since then I have not even done 60 000 km, give or take. Only thing untouched and not reconned was the fuel pump. Could this be it giving in?

Please describe the noise? Mine has got a faint ticking noise and I was wondering what it could be.
You know that hard knocking as if injectors are gone? Louder than a cold start almost cluttering as if it's metal on metal with no oil. Then a slight reduction in power is noticeable. Engine light was also on.
