4Y wil nie vol oopmaak nie.

Post by Umvubu »

Raad..... :?:

Hi there,

I would start by checking the timing. The young mech's of today are not that clued up on the 4Y, so they check the manual that states ign. timing @ 4deg. If they set it to 4deg, you will have that 'lazy, can't get going feeling'. Of course that depending on whether you live at low or high altitude. I would check that it is set at about 8deg. If the problem remains then it may be that the second stage of the carb is not opening.
