CBS or "TOYOTA" CLUTCH KIT FOR HILUX 3.0 D4D 4X2 LEGEND 40?

Post by Alex2539 »

Hi Guys

I am new to the forum. I drive a 3.0 d4d 4x2 legend 40. mileage 180000 km still running on the original clutch. I believe its time to replace it because the car struggles to pull under heavy load or going uphill. i got two quotations for replacement of the clutch : Toyota dealer quoted me for R 7700 while another mechanic using CBS clutch quoted R 7100. I need that can last for at least another 100 k or so. Kindly help a fellow lux owner decide which clutch kit to buy. Thanks
