Will it be possible to mount a Zara60, that requires a 19mm hole, into a 21mm hole.
The reason i' am asking is, I want to mount the antenna into the original radio's antenna hole. (Not using the sound system).

Thanks.

Z.

you'll need to put a reducer ring.

Thanks for the reply, will get one when buying the radio. I am sure our Family dog will be able to help me.

Just use a stainless washer of suitable size.

Scott, you can use either a 19mm or a 20mm hole saw. You would have to try it with the (existing?) 21mm hole, chances are that might be a bit shaky. 19mm is a tight fit but the system is designed for that, 20mm works fine but 21mm is something we've never tried - all our hole saws are 19mm. Although it might fit, it might work loose during travelling with the excess movement.

Where is the existing hole - on the fender?

It's a Jeep Wrangler, on the side of the body. It seems that drilling a 19mm hole is the only way to go.
