So last week I went to klerksdorp to take possession of a 2004 Vw touareg 2.5 tdi with 209000 on the clock.
All I can say is Wow. I'm very impressed with it. Did the 740km back to phalaborwa with a smile with no hassles.

the touareg have al the bells and whistles, including air suspension, low range and rear diff lock. with average fuel consumption of 10 km/l it is not bad.

no need for a long range tank as it has a 100 L tank.

I agree. If he hjad gone to collect a Hilux, I would have believed his story.

But a Toureg? Blink your eyes and you're back home again.
