My vriend in Pretoria (n Hilux man vir 30 jaar) het so pas sy Amarok met 130 000 km op ingeruil op n nuwe een (hy ry soveel in n jaar), die enigste probleem wat hy gehad het was een pap wiel.
Hy se as jy tot 20 000km in een maand ry, dan is padhouvermoe, rygerief en brandstofverbruik hoog op die lys, na vele Toyotas (wat uitstsekende diens gegee het) is hy nou n Amarok "fan", maar net totdat Toyota n Hilux uitbring wat padhouvermoe het, wonder of dit moontlik is?

Myne is al op 12 000km. Ons wil nou opgradeer na dubbel kajuit. Pienkvoet oppad. So ver geen teething probleme nie. Brandstof verbruik op 12 000 is 10.9km/l met 66% dorp en 34% ooppad.

Ek het destyds so tussen 5000 en 6000 kilo per maand gery vir werk ... laat nie veel tyd oor vir werk nie .....
wil nie weet hoeveel speedfines hy kry nie .... want met DAAI tipe kilos is 140km/h darem net te stadig ..... (gelukkig was daar daai tyd nog nie kameras nie ...)

One can pick up 'issues' with any brand .... although that poor fella seems to have more than his fair share. What intrigues me is that the vid is there for all to see and impact negatively on the brand name and sales, yet it seems that neither the dealership or VWSA have stepped in to rectify the situation. IRO lost sales revenue, I have no doubt that it would have paid them to replace the vehicle outright with one that had been checked over with a fine toothed comb.
Looks like that by comparison, there might be hope for TSA's bad customer services track record after all.

My Broer het ook in een jaar ook meer as 100000 km op sy kar gesit tussen myne, werk en sy huis. Het ook gereeld baie fotos in die pos gekry. 90% binne 10km van sy huis af.
