So will you cut a 76mm hole in the fender of your nex Hilux to fit a Snorkel. Knowing that you have done the touch-up paint correctly on the exposed metal.

Not difficult to do, just get your positioning of the holes correct. If You've done it before then it should be easier 2nd time around. :winkx:
When your road comes to an end ...... you need a HILUX!.

Some DIY. The kit piping not100% had to improvise with 76mm silicone piping. Also made the young man work on the wheel nuts. ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

I did not do the full airbox mod by removing the 60mm section and the vortex fin. Some owners do it, but it is a crucial part of the water seperation unit. How it works it creates a vortex that will force all particles to the outer side op the pipe (90mm). The inner section is 60mm, the air zone. At the end of the 90mm section is a water trap to expell the water. I left it all intact. The flow coefficient will be higher with the 60mm port but a few Kw's less, does not overrule the risk of water ingress.
