I think we are all familiar with that female ability! :D:
When your road comes to an end ...... you need a HILUX!.

Life is like a jar of Jalapeño peppers ... what you do today, might burn your ass tomorrow.
Don't take life too seriously ..... no-one gets out alive.
It's not about waiting for storms to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.
And be yourself ..... everyone else is taken!

Back to the topic -

Maritime industry uses "blast freezers" - VERY low temp glycol systems, with amonia refirgeration. This is for fast freezing of fish products.

Agricultural industry uses liqued nitrogen - peas and similar veggies are fed over a conveyor, while liqued nitrogen is directed over it, instantly freezing the product, without tearing the cell structure.

depending on what exactly you need, you will have to speak to a refrigeration specialist.

James if there are no experts on this forum, in this field, then contact your nearest Afrox outlet.

They should be able to assist you with the names of the contractors that buy Nitrogen for this purpose ...

My experience is in air conditioning with a short detour into the world of blast freezers. Dont know much of the Nitrogen systems.
