Eerste kar was dusbin. Hy was goed koop okay. Kry toe Conquest en hilux delux wat uit gekom het in drie spoed auto 18R motor. Daarna weer paar Mazdas wat die fout van my lewe was. Nou Toyota stout, Corrola, Series 3 Landy en het nog steed my ou hilux. Net skaam oor die ford motor in die stout 4x4. Moet nog plan maak!

Some more "Foreign" objects in Bulldog...

* Front Seat Belts sport the name "Nissan" on them
* Rear Seat Belts Have a blue "Ford" logo on them
* Idle Control Valve has a "VW" emblazoned on it
* Windscreen Washer Bottle Motor has a "Ford" logo on it
* Engine is a Korean/Chinese 4Y
* Front Disc Brakes are made by PowerBrake

Will add to this list as and when I discover more "foreign" objects.

You can be excused for Points "Idle Control Valve" onwards as I've got the same pedigree (and I'm "thinking" about the merits of Power Breaks)

But Nassan and Ford Detritus

Same penalty as Bennie only you must write them down using only a mirror to assist :roll:

Rich, think about it... Fords & Nissans need to have good seatbelts, so I've got them!

I'm actually looking for Hilux '99 - 2005 front seatbelts, the ones from the bucket seats. The ones I have are nice, but they need to be "rotated" 90Â° as the buckles0 are right-angled to the seats instead of being parallel to the seats. No luck in finding them here

Ja well I heard that is the only reliable part on a Land Rover as they have to be used regularly. I actually heard a rumour that the guys from Land Rover employed the guy who designed the SFA lux (quadrupled his salary) to design better jacks for Land Rovers as they need to withstand daily usage. They found this a cheaper option then having to make Land Rover's more reliable.

Not to worry I wrote the rule there when one guy became hardegat after I asked him nicely not to do so. Its is normally an unwritten rule and most guys oblige if we ask them but this one oke sommer became rude. Luckily I do not see him any more because he was tendering to be banned
