LM Radio Petition - Please Sign!

As many of you are aware, because of a petition organised by a proud LM Radio fan, George Norwie, LM Radio has been granted an AM licence by ICASA to broadcast in Gauteng on 702kHz, hopefully on air in about two month's time.

LM Radio now deserves to be part of the DSTV Audio package and to this end, a new petition has been raised by the LM Radio Fan Club in support of their argument that DSTV should include this in their Audio Bouquet. Please take the time to sign this, it will only take a few seconds of your time.

Lately I only listen to LM Radio on the open view dstv radio channel.
If you appreciated decent music than this is the channel to listen.
If you were born in the 80/90 you will find it boring.If your a oldie than awesome

I listen to it all day at work and all the time when at home. Interesting when reps come see me and the radio is playing in the background. When they hear a certain tune, they stop talking and just listen :)

I use a FTA decoder at home on the DSTV satellite and an Open View HD decoder at work on the Star Sat satellite.

We get LM radio on 104 FM in Ladybrand broadcast from Maseru. There is fair coverage on the R26 and N8 also.
Also 921 on Dstv Audio

Interesting... how far from Maseru is Ladybrand? And what sort of terrain in between?

We are 20km by road and quite hilly from Maseru.
We can normally get reception just past Tweespruit on the N8 and close to Ficksburg and Wepener on the R26.

Yep, LM Radio is the 'Happy Music Station'. If not for LM, I would never listen to the radio, OFM has become completely unbearable to listen to. Mind you, I would have then saved a lot of money on Audio equipment ;)
