I have heard via the great vine that Toyota is going to launch a brand new Hilux in 2 weeks time. Could this be true?

Ek het nou die dag met die ouens by Barloworld gepraat en volgens hulle is die release van die nuwe model Hilux eers in 2014. Ek sal weer bietjie gesels daar.

Daar is nie eers in die Aussie koerante iets oor 'n nuwe Hilux nie, en hulle modelle word dieselfde tyd as ons sinne vrygestel.. But truth is sometimes stranger than fiction.. :twisted: :twisted:

n Friend van my het nou die 3,0 d4d s/cab 4x4 bestel by Witrivier Toyota, die verkoopsman daar het gese daar kom nou weer n facelift uit. So ek weet nie van n heel nuwe een nie.

Bleikbaar het Toyota in Durban hulle stock die laaste ruk vir R60K minder verkoop. Hulle doen dit gewoonlik net as daar 'n nuwe model imminent is

maybe it's the same shape but just some new engines.. like the 4.6L V8 they used in the Dakar and maybe the V8 D-4D

Daar was so iets, maar dit het oor die V8 D4D engines gegaan. Hulle gaan net eers die V8 d4D engines in die LC 70 series sit, nog nie in die Hilux nie... damn!! :twisted: :twisted:

As daar een ding is wat Toyota goed kan doen, is dit om nuwe modelle geheim te hou tot hulle wil he ons moet dit weet.
Daar is nie maklik spy pics en gelekte info oor nuwe Hiluxe nie, want Toyota wil nie he ons moet weet nie. Grootliks reken ek omdat hulle die "ou" vorraad wil verkoop.

Die R60 000 aflsag wat hierbo genoem is, kan dalk aansporing wees om kliente wat vir Ford Rangers moet wag te oorreed om eerder n Hilux te koop.

Die tydlyn se ons moet volgende jaar n nuwe Hilux kry, maar as hy volgende jaar kom, sal dit laat 2013 wees.

Maar dalk verras Toyota ons en ons sien hom vroeer.
