Can't really say without seeing what we're talking about. Yes the Ford motor will negatively affect the price, but if it's been professionally done and looks like a factory fit, then the effect should be very little. Your pricing options in the poll are also too much on the low side .... it might well be worth more than 40K depending on condition and model as mentioned.
