When your road comes to an end ...... you need a HILUX!.

Life is like a jar of Jalapeño peppers ... what you do today, might burn your ass tomorrow.
Don't take life too seriously ..... no-one gets out alive.
It's not about waiting for storms to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.
And be yourself ..... everyone else is taken!

As long as the engine and drive train has been looked after you will have a good time fixing little things. A good way to learn about a vehicle.
And good luck with cleaning out all the accumulated dust. :)

Gave it a day long once over inside out with degreaser and pressure washer.
Its been an informative exercise. Discovered a few things that needs attention.
Well worthwhile time spent.

Looking to build a flatbed Auzie style while I do repairs to the loadbed. Very abused.

First course of action will be replacing the clutch and thrust bearing.
Motor is strong and runs well.
Still deciding on new tyre sizing. Meant to have the 201 16c tyre.

Congratulations!

If the load bed is abused, a 2nd hand load bin could be an option?

No idea of the pricing though.

A 4x4 is merely a machine that enables you to get stuck further away from civilization.
