This year’s event will be hosted at the Rust de Winter ATV4X4 jamboree track on the 13th of August 2011 in aid of the “Stop Rhino Poaching” and Jacaranda 94.2 FM initiative.

Camping

It is advised that clubs make use of the wonderful camping facilities at Rust de Winter to avoid having to cover the distance to Rust de Winter on the morning of the 13th August. The ATV 4x4 has made their camping facilities available for all clubs at a fixed rate of R60 p/p for the weekend. The camping area will be available from 12:00 on the 12th August 2011.

A portion of the camping fee will be donated to the Stop Rhino Poaching initiative.

Rust de Winter has amazing camping facilities located under old Monkey Thorn trees covered by lush LM grass. The best camping facilities I have seen at an AAWDC Interclub Family fun day.

Camping will be provided and organised by the ATV 4X4 club and payment is only required at the gate but prior booking is recommended for clubs that wish to camp together to enable the demarcation of areas.

Firewood is available for sale at the entrance to the camping area.

For once in my life I managed to book a flight while Kulua had their specials on.
The web site was actually working and there were tickets available at the price they promised.

So I will join in the fun that weekend.

Toeskoers is meer as welkom. Daar sal 'n parkeer area wees vir dag besoekers, en ingang is so min of meer R30.00 vir volwasses :wink2:

Korrek, soos genoem almal / toeskouers is welkom

Daar is 'n kamp area waar die ouens wat kamp gaan wees. Vrydag en Saterdag aand wat so ent van die obstacle baan is.

Daar gaan 10 - 13 obstacles wees(hang af hoeveel klubs skryf in), en geen ander voertuie sal in die gebied toegelaat word nie. Maar te voet is almal welkom (maw. toeskouers sal tussen die obstacles kan loop)

So die hilux club manne gan almal wat nou nie deelneem nie by die deel aan die eenkant va ndie pad parkeer en dan net oorstap na die obstacle baan toe?

Ek en my gesin sal graag die dag wil bywoon as toeskouers sa lnog net gan kyk hoe ek werk en of dit op my afnaweke val en of ek nie self dan ga n4x4 nie want ek wil ook nog my bakkie se efi gan toets Louis behoort seker tee nvolgende week klaar te wees met my bakkie maar ek moet se ek sa leerder ook so event wil bywoon was nog nie by so iets nie.

Kan jy asb net kostes bevestig asook tyd wat dit begin?

Die voertuig 'scrutineering' sal plaas vind op alle voertuie wat deel neem:
12 Augustus (Vrydag) van 13h00 - 18h00 en
13 Augustus (Saterdag) van 06h00 - 07h30.by die hoof ingang.

Die event sal 08h30 afskop. (08h00 sou nou net bevestig deur die organiseerders)

Ek wag net vir Salo om die ingangsvooi te bevestig
