Re: Burnt out Prado

I would say go with proper brand fuses. If not for quick thinking from my side I also would have had a burnt out vehicle due to a 10A fuse that did not pop but rather roasted a 6mm wire. I'm referring to blade fuses. Bought mine from a car shop in a small "fishing tackle" box with the smal...

Re: Burnt out Prado

As Chris stated when driving through the veld pieces of grass and twigs collect in all crevasses underneath the car. This includes the space around the exhaust. So you often have to stop and clear these out especially the ones around the exhaust. The stuff that accumulates makes for awesome kindling...

They've been milking it from the start and now that they are loosing revenue they are crying.

What I don't understand is they complain but we are still using them. We're still using data to use these apps but now their profit margin has sunk drastically as there are much more competition.

A general problem is that people don't realize how hot the catalytic convert get while driving. They then park in some long dry grass which then ignite after a little while.

Dagse.

Just keep in mind that if you use a PTZ camera it can only see a sections at a time whereas 3 cameras can check three sections at a time as well as recording it.

You will also probably be able to buy 3 descent fixed cameras for the same price as a PTZ.

Andy you can do this with any of the above type systems. The PTZ (pan tilt zoom) cameras are just really expensive. And with you thinking along these lines I'm sure the quality of the images is quite important to you. So I think the only descent version for you to go for would be NVR system.

In my mind ideally you would want to switch the power that activates the relay which will be the smaller current.

You will hear the wheel bearings if they are on the way out. If they are not noisy but just have some play, then all you have to do is to take up the play by nipping up the nut on the stub-axle, just enough to the point where you can feel that the wheel is starting to turn less freely. Agreed. And ...
