I fitted Hankook Dynapro 16 265 70 AT and so far they are great. I wount be able to live with MT as I mainly do tar roads. At R2k a tire not bad compared to the General Grabber (which I was actually very happy with).

Yes I got the iphone one with Bluetooth , plugs into the cd shuttle port. Steering controls also works. Bought one from the website was here in 3days and with the Bluetooth module it was under R1k

And the coolant systems takes almost 10l

One 5l bottle of the pink stuff is almost R240, so R500 to replace it.

Anybody here experienced a leak on the top tank of the radiator?

For interest sake a d4d radiator is R1295 at Silverton

Strange I use CD RW without any problems (Music encoded in MP3 format) write it as a normal data disc and close the session. For the first problem it sounds as if the unit was installed incorrectly. Car radios usually have two power cables. One red one (ignition) and one yellow one (12V supply). It sounds as if both where wired to the ignition. The yellow one should be wired to a permanent 12V source from the battery thro...

Unfortunantly the 2E engines as quite expensive at the import places. Last have I have seen where in the region of R5000 to R7000. There are always cheaper 3E (1500cc) engine but getting spares for them is a problem as they where never sold over here so I would stay away from those. Personally I wou...
