Normally they would track your browsing history and see what you have been looking at, showing interest in or getting quotes on. They then tailor the advertisements shown to you in line with your behavior patterns.

Agree 100% with Andy. The system is working correctly. It does not engage immediately like with a manual shifter. I think its time to stop looking for faults and to enjoy your Surf. :thumbup:

A pressure test should show a leak. They can also test for exhaust gases in the water. Do you smell exhaust gases when smelling the coolant in the bottle?

A dead giveaway is losing coolant and a tendency to run hot.

I hope that it is not the case here but pressure in the system when cold could indicate a blown head gasket. Just check carefully if it is using coolant.

I am curious how the injectors were inspected and flushed with a detergent and who did it for you. I have not heard of such a procedure. As far as I know the Delo 400 was replaced by the Delo 400 MGX. Damn good oil. Those filters are expensive. As far as I know Satnav was never available on those radios as they were never fitted with a gps.

It is a pity that you need to remove the injector pipes in order to get the tappet cover off. Normally removing a tappet cover is a really small job but on the D4D it is a little more of a hassle. It is by no means a complicated job though. The tappet cover has a substantial rubber "O-ring"...

Stem 100% saam Johan. Water in die diesel is die ding wat die injectors opvoeter. Vuil diesel word in elk geval skoon gefilter deur die filter maar dit kan daartoe lei dat die filter vinnig verstop. Ek het 'n ekstra 2 mikron filter/water trap ingesit in my D4D. Moet dit nog doen in die GD6

Definitely get the crankshaft oil seal from Toyota before you start. And a new spigot bearing. Check the oil seals on the gearbox and decide if they are needed.
