I've never been impressed with a build in satnav system. For me the ideal would be if the head has mirror link. That way I can have Google maps or Waze running from my phone displayed on the head unit

I love those bumpers. Espesially the clean look of that one. Only thing I don't like is the bright checkered plate. I painted mine black but the paint doesn't stick well to the galvanised plate

Wow those seat covers really looks terrible. Are you going to keep them ?

I got Takla seat covers 7 years ago and they still look great. Only problem is with my work pants I slide around a bit on the seat due to the material used.

Seems like injector failing is more prominent in pre 09 Hiluxes

Seen a few 09+ models with high milage on original injectors .

Mine is almost on 180k with original injectors and according to techstream all four perfectly in spec .

As to why this happened no idea

As far I'm aware the suspension from 2005 all the way to 2015 are identical


Any expert that can confirm ?


Also look at after marker suspension adverts they alway only advertise one for the Vigo

But you will have to take the complete suspension including leaves springs.

Hi I got offered the suspension off a Hilux that only did 4000 km so basically brand new. Seems like you need it more :-)

After market turbo systems generally over stress a motor that was never designed for the additional boost and power. Toyota bakkie motor are renowned for being reliable not for making the most power.

Hi Chris that's why I asked could not remember that a cage was required when I read the Sans but I do see it being used everywhere that why I wondered . Yes the distance from open drains and windows does make the installation a bit more challenging . I do think that the cage is the best way to do it...

I have the front runner bracket in the front fitted it 2 years ago no problem so far. I only added a sleeve to the diesel pipe as it was rubbing against the battery .
