They normally comes in a kit with adapters included for a whole range of different makes of cars.
About R1400-R2000 for the kit.
Or you can go to a diesel injection and pump workshop and have them set it. Will cost about R500- R1500.

I'm busy rebuilding a 7m engine. 1986-1992 I think they came out.
1989 one I'm working on.
Cap is marked 1-6, but in firing order, and every sparkug lead is also marked.
I take it Pampoen's one is similarly marked.

Do you mean 1 on cap should go too 1 on plug, 2 on cap to 3 on plug, 3 on cap to 4 on plug and 4 on cap to 2 on plug? Also, check your glowplugs. Remove the top conector bar conectong all the glowplugs. With piece of wire, directly from battery +, touch tip of each glowplug. If it sparks, it should be ok, if no spark, gloplug is dead, must be replaced

Put a dial gauge on back of pump, and read the lift of plunger at tdc, then compare to spec for engine.

Ok, 7m is uit corona, top is afgehaal vir nuwe topgasket. Om starter, of enige iets op engine te doen, moes ons tot nou toe die engine en gearbox uithaal, en dit buite voertuig doen. Huidiglik 7M GE motor met 30-40 4spoed auto in.
(Op een of ander rede wil fotos nie oplaai nie)
Watter gearbox kan ek gebruik, verkieslik auto, wat sal pas op 3.0 7M cresida engine, met regter offset voor en agter difs?

Replaced every single wire in it. And fuse boxes, relays, starter, alternator, headlights. Everything electric/electronic. Everything was coroded. For a change every single thing in it works. Jammer, ek is uit. My 4x4 staan in stoor met cab heeltemal kaal, kon nie betyds inmekaar kry nie. En my backup 4x4, die navara, is nog by worcesterbakwerke, gaan nie voor naweek klaar wees nie. En my vroutjie weier dat ek haar pathy vat.

Verder, as jy n diesel in n sfa sit, gaan sy vere baie le, want enige diesel is heelwat swaarder as die 4 y. Ek het dit opgelos deur die voorste skokbrekers te vervang met shithy golf agterstruts. Loop nou sagter as n 2x4 2.5 isuzu

My eerste keuse sal 2,7 turbo nissan wees, daarna 2.5 ford. Ek het n 2.7 turbo op my SFA hardbody, en dit is basies op n hilux onderstel/ gearbox, met n nissan kajuit, so die ombouing is dieselfde.
