i had a 280 dt for many years short wheel base ,was very happy with bakkie and engine(300000 km) ,it was driven with broken water pipe by company driver in 2004 ,parts to repair engine very expensive also replacement engine to expensive ,so also check what spares will cost before doing mod

Ek het die naweek selfde gedoen met 4 lugs net nie silkoon gesmeer nie ,was bang dit kan draade seer maak (acid)

imho mild should be fine for petrol change filter on service ,would not use on diesel to sensitive to dirty fuel

Just replaced left side shaft last week ,if you have Gearmax diff R1550.00 at Gearmax in Benrose ,this includes bearing and oil seal
this diff has 27 splines

should this be replaced and how would splines in diff look
