If your's came loose on the other end... Eish. It runs up towards the top of the dash on the left hand side of footwell behind glovebox, cannot see where it goes...

Also, this is on the KZ, 2005 (IFS)

Here's where it unhooked as a result of the cable coming loose in the center below glovebox (where I cabletied it back up)

Mine came loose under glovebox, and then unhooked behind te centre console on the right hand side of the passenger footwell.

I specifically did NOT use my difflock in the elephant reserve, despite the deep sand. Reason being the many sharp turns - I was afraid the difflock would have the opposite effect than intended, causing one wheel to spin and dig in corners, or drag and build walls... I had less trouble going in to the elephant reserve north of Ponta with a heavy load than I had coming out with much less load. Pap tyers, momentum, no hassles.

Ek moet parkeer area konkryt gooi, so tripple garage groote.
Ek het twee konkryt mengers.
Ek gee vir elkeen 'n graaf en sê "mix". R200 per dag per kop. Bargain.

My personal opinion - those Bullnose KZ's are the best looking Hiluxes around, except maybe for a nice SFA... (but that's just because I own one).

Last of the real Hilux workhorses.
From there on everything just got softer.
