Hi Evert

As jy in doornpoort bly of naby is, hier is n tool plek "just tools". Ek het twee weke terug n torque wrench daar gekoop. Dink dit was R400.

Weet nie van die gehalte nie, maar gebruik n torque wrench een keer in hoeveel jaar.

I think the crawlers Dingo is referring to are the extra low range gears. You can either add another Transfer Case, or you could replace your low range in your transfer case with a lower ratio.

Hi all

I extended the Diff breathers this weekend, Do I need to extend the Gbox And Tcase breathers aswell?

On the the diffs I unscrewed the breather, screwd in a nozzle, connected the tube/pipe, and then used the breather again on the other side of the tube. Correct, or should I leave the tube open

Very Nice Photo. I was there aswell with Toni, but the Hilux was at home. Was there in the company vehicle, a Colt. Toni, Luke and I "rescued" a lady that was stuck with her 4x2 in the parking area. Most action the whole day! Toni got to exercise his winch. :D

My Friend drives a Nissan Patrol with a Solid Front axle. When in 4x4 there is no drive/power going to the front wheels, even though the front propshaft is turning. Any Idees?

Recomended places in and around Pretoria where he could have it repaired.

Mikem only make their springs in 2 inch lift. So you will have to make up one inch on the rear, to match the front 3 inch. (maybe longer shackles) Do you have a local diff in the back.
