Thanks, I just want to check if there is any wear on the shaft by removing the air filter housing and checking the shaft for play.
Also I will remove the fuel cap and blow compressed air back up the return pipe just make sure it isn't blocked.
Then I will try Midas for a carb kit.

Re: 22R Carb issues
Would the high level not have caused the stall and hence difficult starting afterwards(engine flooded?)
Why a low level when not running and a high level when running?
Could it maybe be an issue with the return on the fuel pump?

Re: Intermittent misfire
I have just measured the resistance of 1, 2 and 3 injectors(4 is too difficult to get too)
The manual says 12 - 16 ohms at 20C(68F)
No 1 reads 15.9 ohms and so does 3.
No 2 I can't get a steady reading.
I get 28 then 36 then a 50 ohm reading.
So that injector must be faulty?

Re: Intermittent misfire
How long does it take them to test and clean? I think my bakkie is starting to do the same. I thought it was the plug leads but it keeps on doing it. Mine is not that frequent yet, like once every 2 weeks. I dropped them off at 11am and had them back by 1pm. The test takes about an hour.Cleaning an...
