I got the injectors through to KC Auto this morning, they tested them and said the flow rate was below spec for all 4 but they reckon other than that there is nothing wrong with the injectors. So I had them cleaned anyway at R 450 in total it was worth it seeing that they are out any way.So the flow ...

Your owners manual will have the specs.
I switched to Castrol BOT130M synthetic oil for my gearbox and transfer case on both my Hiluxs, its expensive but definitley made a difference(smoother shifting).
Differential uses a GL5 Final drive oil.(specs in the manual)

My 2700i's fuel pump packed up last year, toyota wanted R 4000 for the pump and the assembly.
I bought a Siemens pump from Bosch Diesel Electric for R 600 and the mechanics fitted it too the exisiting assembly.
So maybe shop around for the equivilent aftermarket pump?

You should not have any noise after that.Mine has 227000km on the clock.

Re: Nudge-M geluk!
Thanks Pieter.
I was right I am missing that bracket that mounts to the chassis!
I am just waiting for the guys I got it from to come back to me.
If they do not have it, maybe I try and make my own one?
Is there maybe not an agent for Nudge-M here in Cape town?

Nudge-M geluk!
This morning I was on the phone to one of my suppliers. His brother used to have a 2700i a few years ago and he has a replacement bumper stored up in the roof of his warehouse. He asked his brother what he wants for it, he said that seeing that we are such a good customer of theirs I can have it for...
