First thing I do on the 26th is get Original Headlights, go to an Auto Electrician and get the wiring redone. When im done I will post some pics for you.

I removed my HID and had Nightbreakers installed as my H4 Headlights as well as my spotlights. Yes they are, took them to an auto electrician this morning to go through the wiring.

Thing is I am in Bloemfontein, BFN to Bulawayo seems to shortest via Beit Bridge at just over 1200km.

Hey Guys Last time I went through Beit Bridge I used what they call a clearing agent, paid the guy R1500, he walked me straight to the counters, got all paperwork filled in and stamped, got through to the Zim side, same story. George I could have an airlock, I dove the vehicle about 500km before i noticed this problem, then I filled it up again. Thing is it only took 41L, it should have taken 62L on the cunsumption I am getting. So you are probably right. Stupid question: if there is an airlock, is it permanently in there...

Mine is exact same as yours then. I watch the guys filling up. I tell them to go very slow, once it fills up I shake and keep filling until it cannot take more.
Does yours work 100% with gravity? or suction as well?
How far do you drive before your fuel gauge starts dropping?

Todays update: The gauge is sitting just above half tank, speedo says I have done 450km.
This cannot be right, my vehicle used less fuel with the standard tank, at this rate I will only be able to do an exta 200km with the additional tank.
