No Rory, don't change anything. It might take one or two more fuel top-ups to work the contaminated stuff out (if the reason was contaminated fuel). Only other way is to drain the tank completely and start afresh, but if it's diesel contamination (most likely possibility), then I wouldn't worry abo...

I don't know all that much about engines etc, but the regulator was one of the easiest thing I ever replaced. I'm just glad my Hilux is sorted again
