Are you sure the ade 236 is that heavy ?? thats almost 180kg's heavier than a big block V8 ford !
I would have guessed around 240kg ish

I am myself in the process of swapping the ford 302 v8 in my trooper for one of these engines .

Still cant believe i sold my 1998 sfa ltd ...

In this day and age you simply CANNOT afford to lose even one potential customer , let alone acting like this ppol.
Anyway , back to the spare wheel issue . I think i must sommer nou go and lower the spare , clean and check it , and ghries sommer the whole thing lekker.
