I agree 100 percent with Muddog. Rather keep the 15 inch rims. You have a lot more sidewall space and less chance of Tyre damage on rough surfaces

I would look at the viscous fan. Seems Ike the fan isn't turning at the correct speed

Another thing to check which might seem silly, is the clearance around the selector lever on the rubber boot and housing.
Seems very strange for the replacement transfer box doing the same thing as the original one

Howzit Hayden. If you engage 4wd high ratio and drive does it stay in gear. Does it only jump out of gear whilst engaged in low ratio

I used a radiator from an old Nissan laurel which was available those years and and the dimensions where the best I could find to fit. I used double fans in front of the radiator. And yes I was referring to the fan switch. Also how clean is your radiator

Also a big thanks to you again Andy. I shared a box of the wines between my daughters in law and a few friends and they were all impressed. I myself prefer the good old red like the merlot you managed to organize a year or two ago. Now that was really a bargain.

Looks great so far Jofre.I l really like the idea of making a removable camper bin as it makes the vehicle more versatile especially if you need to use it for loading other items. Hi David.There is a fuse box behind the removable panel below the steering wheel.This panel just clips into place so it is easy removed.Hope you come right.

I agree with Muddog.Also I would think that the straight six could be a bit too long to fit into the sfa engine bay.I installed a toyota six cylinder 7MGE into a hilux years ago and that was a really tight fit.
I would also rather consider a more modern engine for a transplant.
