Re: SFA Front window holder
Possibly stainless would harbour enough spring. The Glasfit guys use a bonding product similar to SikaFlex when replacing these windows - it allows for some horizontal alignment prior to setting. Put the glue in the channel, hold the window closed in place and do the winder up ensuring the channel s...

Re: Changing The Clutch
Bruno, before removing the levers ensure the box and transfer are left in gear - you want to be able to turn the input shaft from the rear output flange when inserting the input so the splines line up easily. If your clutch kit doesn't have a lining up tool or you don't have an old input shaft, try ...

Those springs in the ends of the drag link and their 1&1/3 turn back from seated adjustment (as per manual) are there to remove small vibrations from the road reaching the steering wheel. I would think that this may also possibly aid in reducing wear on the steering box components. Implementing ...

From me blocking holes and H8PVMNT it appears that the OVCV system vents the bowl through its valve to the exterior (charcoal canister in murica) as well as to above the air horn (not through its valve). The internal vent runs through the rectangular passage visible when the ovcv has been removed. B...

Luke did you implement the small vent in the tube as shown above (3)? I was playing around with it yesterday - the vent would theoretically be the same as a vacuum leak which isn't a great idea, and also adds more air after the carburetor causing the motor to run lean. Without the vent the motor rev...
